Disclosures

We the X-Geeks guarantee the safety and privacy of any and all data* that may be attained by us either directly or indirectly during the course of repair or service provided to our customers. The confidentiality and privacy of customer data is a prime concern to the X-Geeks and no information will be saved, stored or discussed without customer consent. All data that is backed up or stored to prevent data loss is destroyed with extreme care to prevent any recovery or public disclosure.

*Data refers to any information stored on a computer (Pictures, Financial Information, Documents, etc.)

All Computers not picked up after 30 days of notice will be sold for accumulated charges.

Bills not paid in 30 days will be assessed a late charge of $25.00. After 60 days you will be turned over to a collection agency.

Computers (Dell or Custom Built) may not be returned for a refund. If there is something wrong with the computer we will fix or replace the computer at no charge.
